Trainings
Will be on Sunday afternoons at Baywave in one-hour slots between 2.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. For Tournament Teams, practice will also be held on Wednesdays from 7.00 a.m. until 8.00 a.m. at the Toi Ohomai pool. Entry to Baywave is $3.80.
Competition
Weekly competitions are organised by the Tauranga Water Polo Club. In Term 1, Tauranga Water Polo offers grades for Years 7 and 8 and Years 9 to 13. In Term 4, available grades are for Years 7 and 8 and Years 9 and 10 only.
Games are estimated to be played between 4.00 p.m. and 8.30 p.m. Year 7 and 8 games are played either on Tuesdays (A & B Grades) or Fridays (C Grade) at Toi Ohomai, Windermere.
Year 9 to 13 students play on Thursdays at Baywave.
Draw
Game times can be checked each week at Tauranga Water Polo by clicking on Draws and then the applicable league.

North Island Intermediate Champs (Years 7 and 8) – October
North Island Secondary School Junior Champs (Years 7 to 10) – October/November
Uniform
Year 7 and 8: AC togs for tournament players, mufti togs for local players
Years 9 to 13: AC togs compulsory for all players. No mufti togs allowed.
Equipment
Team caps are provided.
Cost
Approximately $90 per student, per term.
Player entry to the pool is an extra cost at Baywave and is to be paid upon arrival. Teams selected for other competitions will be required to cover associated expenses.
