Registration and Fees
Registrations for the 2025 season are now open. Please register at the following link before Friday 14 March.
Fees are charged per player for the season and is $140.00 for Year 7/8 Teams, and $150.00 for Year 9-13 teams.
2025 Trial Information
All trials at held in the AC Gym or on the outdoor Netball Courts. It is strongly recommended to attend all your trials (seniors have only the 1) but where circumstances don’t allow this please do communicate with the appropriate teacher in charge.
Wednesday 12th March
Year 7 & 8 (trialled in year group): 3.30pm – 5.15pm
Year 9 & 10: 5.30pm – 7pm
Year 11 – 13: 7.15pm – 8.45pm
Saturday 15th March
Year 7 & 8: 11am – 1pm
Year 9 & 10: 1.30pm – 3.30pm
Tuesday 18th March – Top squad only (approx 22 players per age group)
Year 7 & 8: 3.30pm – 5.15pm
Year 9 & 10: 5.30pm – 7pm
Year 11 – 13: 7.15pm – 8.30pm
If the weather isn’t in our favour we will still go ahead with trials on the specified days but timings will alter to allow for the gym space to accommodate all year groups. You will be emailed on the day with any changes due to weather conditions.
Trainings
Training days/times will be decided by individual Team Management and could start during the last weeks of Term 1 or during the school holidays. They will generally be held at the Aquinas College courts either before or after school.
Competition
Weekly competitions are organised by Tauranga Netball Centre and run over Terms 2 and 3.
Draws and Cancellations
The draw can be accessed each week on the Tauranga Netball website by clicking on Draws and Results and then the applicable age group. Cancellations will be decided on the day and posted on its website and Facebook page.
Tournaments
Upper North Island Secondary School (UNISS) Netball Tournament – September
AIMS GAMES (Year 7 and 8) – September
There will be other opportunities for tournaments/sports exchanges throughout the year. Teams will be advised of this at a later date.
Uniform
Players will be issued with a netball dress for the season.
