Badminton

Badminton is played in the Aquinas Gymnasium one afternoon a week, first and foremost as a free, social sport for all students.

Students who wish to play competitively are encouraged to join local clubs such as Tauranga and Mount Maunganui. These students are encouraged to make the most of opportunities to play for Aquinas College in Bay of Plenty Secondary School and Zone competitions.

Selections

Individuals/Teams who wish to represent Aquinas College at school badminton tournaments must register their interest with the Sports Department ahead of entry closing dates.

Uniform

Training: PE uniform or alternative sports gear. Appropriate footwear (optional).
Tournaments: Aquinas Playing Shirt (supplied). Appropriate footwear.
