Aquinas has a number of students who are actively involved in squash and affiliated with local clubs. We can enter students into school competitions both at the Year 7 and 8 level and secondary school.

Selections:
Students will be entered into competitions provided they meet the entry criteria set by each event.

Trainings

Students are encouraged to join a local squash club to ensure they have coaching and experience prior to school competitions.

BOPSS Individual Championships (Girls and Boys Division 1 and 2) – May
BOPSS Individual Championships (Division 3 ungraded) – May
BOPSS Team Championships (Division 1 and 2) – June
BOP Inter-School Squash Championships (Years 7 and 8) – July
AIMS GAMES (Years 7 and 8) – September


Uniform

Aquinas playing shirt (supplied), Aquinas PE shorts and appropriate footwear.


Equipment

Students are required to have their own squash racquet and safety glasses.


Cost

Students are required to pay an entry fee into any of the above competitions. Entry fees can be expected to be between $25 to $35 per event. The AIMS GAMES fee will be significantly higher as it is a full-week event.
