Congratulations to junior athlete Henrietta Coxhead, who was crowned Western BOP Year 7 girls long jump and shot put champion.
She was first in both events at the WBOP Zone Year 7 and 8 Athletics Championships held at a very hot Tauranga Domain yesterday (Nov. 27). Twelve Aquinas students took part in the event, with podium places also achieved by:

Third – Year 7 boys long jump
Sophie Reid:
First – Year 7 girls 1500m race
Second – Year 7 girls 800m race
Amelia Chooi:
Third – Year 7 girls 100m race
