NZ Secondary Schools Cross Country Championships – Whangārei
Two of our runners delivered top-tier results at the NZSS XC!

Daniel Addidle (Y10)
• GOLD in the Junior Boys 4x2km Relay (as part of the Waikato-BOP team)
• 11th out of 114 runners in the 4km individual event — an outstanding effort!

Holly Fausett (Y13)
• BRONZE in the Senior Girls 6km relay
• 28th out of 121 runners in the Senior Girls 4km individual event

World Cheerleading – The Summit Championship 2025, Florida
Liv McLeod & Briar O’Connor (Y9) proudly represented Tauranga’s Bay Twisters club on the international stage. Their team finished 11th out of 51 international squads — a mighty achievement!

BOP Year 7 & 8 Cross Country Champs
Aquinas showed strength and depth, with 10 students qualifying for the BOP Zone Champs in Rotorua! Sophie Reid won the 12-year-old girls’ section at the Zone Champs, and Kaydence Martin placed third in the 11-year-old girls’ event.
