Payment Information


Billing & Charges

  • Monthly statements are emailed to all families.
  • Log in to SchoolBridge to monitor your account, view payments, and manage outstanding charges.
  • Extra-curricular charges (e.g. sports and trip costs) are added throughout the year. These must be paid by the due date for your child to participate.
  • All charges must be cleared by the end of each school year.

Payment Options

We offer multiple payment methods for your convenience:

  • SchoolBridge – Log in to pay online using a credit/debit card. (Zero bank fees)
  • Bank Transfer – Account: 02-1210-0011888-00
  • School Office – Pay via Eftpos or cash.
  • Automatic or One-Time Payments – Set up recurring payments or make a single payment.

How Payments Are Applied

Payments with a specific reference are applied to the intended charge. Unspecified payments (or incorrect references) are allocated in this order:

  1. Outstanding subject and extra-curricular charges.
  2. Aquinas College Contribution.
