Last weekend, our Aquinas students proudly represented the college at the NZSS Athletics Championships, delivering outstanding performances on the national stage. We’re incredibly proud of their effort, determination, and sportsmanship!
Highlights include:
Kaitlyn Black – Silver in the 100m and 5th place in the 200m, with PBs in both events.
Kaitlyn was also named in the NZSS Athletics Championship Team, earning the opportunity to compete in Senior Classics meetings over the summer.
Holly Fausett – Bronze in the 800m after a strong and composed race.
Holly was also selected for the NZSS Athletics Championship Team, qualifying her to compete in Senior Classics meetings this summer.
Adam de Souza – 8th in the 400m, achieving a personal best.
Daniel Addidle – 5th in the 4km Road Race and 1st in the 3000m B Final (11th overall).
