Thank you Aquinas students for championing children with serious illnesses by raising $682 for Ronald McDonald House through our recent Mufti Day. The brain trust behind the event is our fabulous student-led Health & Wellbeing Committee profiled below.
The committee has had an active first term – also raising $170 for Voices of Hope, an advocacy group for those struggling with mental health. The money was raised via a raffle for teachers which was won by Karen Guise, Leader of Learning for the English & Languages Faculty.
Pictured below are students from Mr Hesqua’s Y7 class showcasing their Mufti Day threads.
