Living ‘The AC WAY’ at Aquinas College

Aquinas College is excited to announce The AC Way, a new initiative designed to cultivate a positive and respectful school culture, fostering a strong sense of belonging for all students.

At its core, The AC Way is about creating a school environment where we come together as a family, treating each other with value and respect. The initiative is deeply rooted in our school’s Touchstones and faith in Christ, guiding us towards a united and supportive community.

What is The AC Way?

‘The AC WAY’ is a set of shared expectations that guide students in building a strong, respectful, and faith-filled community. It focuses on three key values: Belong, Believe, and Become. An example of each is:

🔹Belong – respecting and treating others the way you wish to be treated.

🔹Believe – showing kindness by building strong relationships and embracing others.

🔹Become – being a witness of our faith and having Christ at the centre through serving and advocating for others.

How is The AC WAY Recognised?

Teachers will award recognition to students who consistently demonstrate The AC WAY. Recognition is communicated through an email notification to parents/caregivers every Friday. Students will also be celebrated during Levels Assemblies by their Deans.
