The Year 7-10 students at Aquinas College were honoured this morning at 2016 Junior Prize Giving.
The ceremony centered around those students receiving Attitude and Effort Awards as well as Year 9 and 10 students who earned their Reach Awards.
Deacon Vince Shaw opened the ceremony with a reflection around Isaiah 40. He reminded us about the importance of remembering those students who have persevered and achieved their goals this year.
“Those who hope in Yahweh will regain their strength, they will sprout wings like eagles, though they run they will not grow weary, though they walk they will never tire.”
