Our kura was alive with colour, culture, and connection as students fully embraced the spirit of the day. There were colourful costumes, proud cultural representations, and big smiles to match.
International Day 2026 (April 29) celebrated the diversity of our school and community with activities, games, and competitions inspired by the Philippines, Nepal, South Korea, Japan, Chile, the Pacific Islands, India, and South Africa
Highlights included the highly contested rugby games and Japanese-themed quiz, and learning Chilean and Indian dance moves. The day wrapped up in the best way possible: an epic dance-athon in the Gym.
Thank you to the fantastic food truck vendors who provided delish lunchtime treats from around the globe!
