Mathematics Leader of Learning, Mrs Thorne, spent a busy week teaching our Year 7 & 8 classes to code OZOBOTS. A programme designed for classroom use, Ozobot is a great place for students to learn the basics of programming and then progress through the levels. The Year 7 & 8 students learned to code by drawing paths and codes with markers. The classes have also taking on some online coding challenges and everyone can try this at home by following these link: https://ozobot.com/create/ozoblockly How It Works
Powered by Google’s Blockly, OzoBlockly has five skill levels from pre-reader to master
