Derived Grade exams run Sept. 16-23 for Year 11-13 students and 10MAX and 10SCX classes.
These exams provide valuable NCEA practice, contribute to our top academic awards and can provide a derived grade if illness or other circumstances prevent a student from sitting end-of-year external exams.
When they’re not sitting an exam, Year 11-13 students are not required to be at school.
Students in 10MAX and 10SCX will have supervised study periods prior to their scheduled exams. Mrs Thwaites will send communication home regarding this.
