Connor Farrell had a great weekend at the NZSS Open Water Swim Championships in February, at the Mount Beach. Connor was 6th in male home in 15-19 years in challenging conditions in the 2.6km swim. Time 23 minutes and 15 seconds (course was shortened though due to the conditions)
Connor also competed at the end of the day in the 1st ever Amphibian race – a 500m swim followed by a 4.5km run. Connor won this event, he was the 1st person home in the race in a time of 25 minutes and 14 seconds.
Congratulations on the great day!
