At Aquinas College, we are extremely fortunate to be able to offer the following Itinerant Music Lessons during school time.

INSTRUMENTS AVAILABLE
Strings: Violin, viola, cello and double bass with Mrs Gardiner.
Woodwind and Saxophone: Flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, bass clarinet, alto saxophone, tenor saxophone, and baritone saxophone with Ms Martin or Mrs Jones.
Brass: Trumpet, trombone, tuba, French horn, baritone horn, euphonium with Mr Page.
Drums and Bass: With Mr Ryan Brake.
Vocal Lessons: A limited number of spaces are available so these will be allocated on a first-in, first-served basis. Priority will be given to those studying Music as a subject or doing NCEA assessments, with Voice as their Instrument. There will be a fee for these lessons. PIANO LESSONS:
Piano lessons will be offered in 2023 by Kathy Stewart. These will be held on Tuesday mornings. Limited places are available. First in, first served, priority will be given to those taking Music as a subject. Please contact Kathy directly at Stew.wilson@xtra.co.nz for information on lessons. You will need an instrument to practice on.
OUT-OF-HOURS KEYBOARD:
These are offered on Wednesdays and Thursdays after school from 3.30 – 4.30 p.m. Lessons are in groups and are FREE to beginner keyboard players in Years 7 and 8 only. There are 16 places available so please register your interest to avoid missing out on this amazing opportunity.
