Amazing work from the Aquinas College students who represented us at Chanel Shield 2026! Fifteen students from Years 9-13 competed in speech, drama, debating, Bible reading and poetry against rangatahi from the Hamilton Diocese’s four other colleges.
Chanel Shield is so much more than competition. It brings together our Catholic colleges in a wonderful celebration of faith, knowledge, creativity and friendship. It was fantastic to see our students embrace the experience, support one another and represent Aquinas with such enthusiasm and pride.
A special congratulations to our individual placegetters:

🥈 Isla Martin (Yr 13) – 2nd, Senior Scripture Reading
