Our annual crosswalk began with our wonderful group of students and staff meeting at St Thomas Moore Church at 8.15. After prayer and final instructions we commenced our pilgrimage to Aquinas college, sharing our faith with those we met along the way.
During the walk we stopped at various points to pray the Stations of the Cross. These were led by the students. Upon arriving at St Mary’s School we were welcomed and provided with some morning tea. We shared a Station of the Cross with Mrs Suzanne Tanner’s class before continuing on our way.
We were blessed to have members of the public join us and numerous toots and waves of support. Father Mark Field joined us at Greerton, taking photos for the facebook page. Our final Station was said in front of our school cross.
We then entered the school gym for the Holy Week Liturgy.
