STRATEGIC PLAN 2007-2010

During 2005 and 2006, Board members, parents and staff members were involved in a strategic planning process to determine priorities, strategies and measure the outcomes for the College over the next four years

The plan has five sections:

Section A Catholic Character
Section B Leadership and People
Section C Curriculum
Section D Extra Curricular
Section E Resources and Facilities

At the beginning of each section we have a brief outline of Relationship to Touchstones, for we believe the six College touchstones provide a powerful foundation on which to base our future planning. They are well chosen and are understood within the student community, in particular. Each section has a series of goals to help us move forward. Under each goal we ask:

• What is happening now?
• What we want to improve?
• How will this happen and be measured?

We provide a range of strategies and measures with responsibility and timeline. Over the last two years considerable work has been achieved in reaching the goals set.
