The handbook above highlights the Codes of Conduct (our expected behaviour for the coach, manager, supporters and players) and also highlights the Roles and Responsibilities for the following – Teacher in Charge (TIC) / Sports Coordinator / Code Committee / Coach / Manager / Captain.
ACC SportSmart has developed some brilliant resources to minimise the risk of injury during Sporting endeavours. All of the below resources and more can be found on the ACC SportSmart Website.
AUT Millennium and Nestlé’s nutrition experts have teamed up to provide you with a wide range of nutrition advice sheets specific to your sport. Plus we have created a range of general nutrition sheets to help you understand more about the role of food in your body and how you can optimise your energy levels and recover more effectively. These sheets are aimed for those who participate in sport at the recreation level who train a maximum of once a day. For those at the elite level (training at high intensity more than once a day), the sheets will provide a good overview, but additional individualised advice from a sports Nutritionist/Dietician will be required.
